We are seeking a Program Manager SCM to design and execute Ultrasound supply chain global footprint. The Program Manager SCM leads a global cross-functional team with the overall responsibility for all activities related to the program from business case study to handover to operations team with accountability of the schedule, budget, and scope.

Key Responsibilities
• You will be part of the team to define supply chain strategy.
• You will be an entrepreneur who work with the Data Scientist to identify opportunities of the current supply chain, come up with solutions, and execute your own ideas.
• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Achieve on-time, on-budget and goal-based delivery of high-profile projects.
• Activity and resource planning for the program. Work closely with cross-functional teams including SCM, strategic purchasing, engineering, product management, marketing & sales, quality and regulatory, ECC, and third party to define, develop and maintain the project plan and resource plan.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Evaluate, analyze, and manage program risks. Work closely with cross-functional team to provide effective mitigations. Provide clear and timely communication to the management team and stake holders on a regular basis.
• Monitor program progress and team performance and provide regular reports to management team and stake holders. Organizing and motivating the team to meet the program goals.
• Ensuring quality and customer satisfaction by following all regulations, standards, and company processes throughout all phrases of the program.

Required Knowledge/Skills
• You need to be a self-driven strategic thinker.
• BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas.
• Minimum 8-10 years proven track record of supply chain and strategic program management.
• Demonstrates significant knowledge of supply chain management.
• Demonstrates leadership skills in a technical environment.
• Demonstrates and applies comprehensive knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders, good conflict management skills. You will need to be comfortable collaborating and communicating with stakeholders at all levels both within and external to the company.
• Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way.
• Ability to translate strategy into action, strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Expert user of Microsoft Project or equivalent project management tool.
• Capability to build structures (WBS, reporting, resource planning, budget planning).
• Commercially /contractually aware.
• Effective and collaborative English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Expect 20% travel.
• Located in Issaquah, WA

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
• Working experience with medical device manufacturing is highly desired.
• Working experience with global team is highly desired
• PMI or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus.
• Experience leading in an Agile environment.

The pay range for this position in Issaquah, WA is $120,000 – $135,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical location. The annual incentive target is 10% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
