The program manager partner will be a dedicated, centralized Siren System program manager across the functions of Store Operations to unlock best solutions to scale in and organized, multifaceted timeline. The will support the larger enterprise work, in partnership with our Partner & Customer Solutions and Store Development teams, bridging the innovation to launch timeline and roadmap through the lens of the partner experience. We will be hiring 2 program managers.

As a program manager, Siren Systems, you will…

Ensure every Store Operations vertical team has a clear product owner, empowered to make decisions, and meet timelines for success.

Support retail change plan as an extension of Siren Systems

Create a culture of accountability, transparency, and BE a servant leader to unlock barriers for team.

We’d love to hear from people with:
• Experience working through ideation, problem solving and decisions with multiple groups and leader levels (5+ years)
• Ability to work cross functionally in ambiguous, innovative environments.
• Ability to define a multi-faceted strategy to prioritize and plan for both short and long lead time deliverables
• Ability to zoom in and out, understanding key detailed information while maintaining a broad perspective.

  • Advanced knowledge of program and project management principles.
