Responsibilities:
- Developing business plans and preparing comprehensive business reports.
- Improving margins and maintaining a high-quality service to clients.
- Reviewing, refining, and developing the strategy and direction of the Program.
- Building client relationships that result in revenue and profitability growth.

Required Qualifications:
- You need at least 15 years of program management experience.
- We want you to have at least 12 years of Supply chain management experience.
- You should be experienced in supply chain management concepts, systems, and applications.
- You’re going to need experience in leading projects within depth knowledge and experience in High Jump Advantage platform, Advantage business process modules and Advantage application database.
- You’ll also need experience in SDLC Phases of Software development and ITIL Support Process
- We’ll need your strong leaderships skills in governance and new business development.
- You need comprehensive understanding of financial management principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- You may have an advantage if you have an advanced degree.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000/Year to $180,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
