Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, you must show an understanding of the emotional and developmental disabilities of the people you serve. When you join our team, you will be enrolled in our training program designed to build the skills and confidence needed to meet your job requirements and build your career with us.
As a Program Supervisor, you will:
- Ensure appropriate supervision of the students in the program. This position will supervise a CBRF group home for male students ages 18-21.
- Maintain the required ratio for coverage.
- Fill shifts as required.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Provide support and mentoring for staff.
- Evaluate, coach, and correct staff performance as necessary.
- Ensure new staff members are appropriately trained.
- Communicate information necessary for staff to maintain a consistent, therapeutic environment for the students.
- Oversee group home budget and expenses.
- Completes other tasks and projects related to the efficient and effective operations of the program.
Wage and Benefit Information
- $24.25/hour with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- $24.75/hour with an Associate’s Degree
- $25.25/hour with a Bachelor’s Degree

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21
- Must meet either of the following requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent plus at least 3 years of experience working in a residential setting with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities and associated behavioral, emotional, neurological or intellectual disorders. One year of supervisory experience or 40 hours of supervisory training or education required.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a social or behavioral science field, such as Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Special education. One year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities required.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and effectively solve problems.
- A valid WI driver license with an acceptable driving record.
