Remote Opportunity
The Card Services Project Analyst leads the planning and implementation of Card Services division projects with both the Suncoast@work and project management teams. This individual is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and determines if other SMEs are required. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and programming RPS processes, writing reports, and serving as the Card Services SME. An ideal candidate is familiar with debit and credit regulatory and compliance needs.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of Card Services Division Projects
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Manage project resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Coordinate with Suncoast@work Agile Team and project management team for Enterprise project resources
- Develop, maintain, document, and troubleshoot Card Services Division RPA processes
- Review departmental duties and identify processes for conversion to RPA
- Write reports for Card Services Division as requested
- Attend education events and job-specific training classes to increase professional knowledge
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (A comparable combination of work experience, certifications, and training may be substituted for education requirements)
- 5+ years of card services experience with a financial institution
- Proficient knowledge of RPA programming such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Apps, Visio, Task Capture, Power Bi, Power Automate
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL report writing
- Ability to prioritize tasks by effectively managing competing and changing priorities to meet required deadlines
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management
- Ability to analyze and resolve difficult and complex problems
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, and government regulators
- Ability to comprehensively communicate policies, practices, and procedures for colleagues and other stakeholders
- Ability to influence others through explanation of facts, policies, and practices
