As one of the nation’s largest single-source providers of lighting and electrical products, electrical services, electrical construction, and energy management solutions we are expanding our staff and seeking a Project Coordinator to join the FSG Technology – San Antonio team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Coordinator reports directly to the divisional VP while supporting project managers in various departments. The Project Coordinator is responsible for submitting and maintaining permits, closeouts, and various tracking functions for all projects.
A Project Coordinator will:
- Ensure project permits, closeout packages, & trackers are maintained and updated via standard software
- Accurately track and record project status
- Assist Project Manager with project closeout, gathering necessary documents for approval before submission
- Work with Project manager to develop and document departmental “Standard Operating Procedures”
- Assist Project Manager in the jurisdictional permitting processes, i.e. conflict resolution and permit status tracking
- Vendor & Customer setup and onboarding
- Purchasing support
- AP Processing
- AR Processing
- Payroll Processing
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding clients through corrective steps.
- Research required information using available resources.

- Proficient in Google Gmail. Google Apps, & Google Earth
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in PDF creation and manipulation software (Bluebeam, Adobe)
- Familiarity with financial software
- Familiarity with cloud-based tracking software platforms
