Description:This position is for the manager of the LogistiX and SILC (Supportability Integrated Logistics Capability) development teams within RMS Global Sustainment under the Information Systems & Innovation organization. The selected candidate will lead the team in execution of multiple complex projects in support of new capability development across our applications supporting internal and external supply chain, depots and warehouses and our SILC C6ISR customer. This position will also be responsible for identification and management of new markets for our LogistiX and SILC solutions. A key responsibility of this position is to build relationships between the development team that this position will be responsible for and our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
• Leading the team in defining technical solutions
• Leading the team to define executable technical plans including project scope and objectives, detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, status reporting, and success criteria
• Managing team resources within allocated budgets and performing earned value management for team activities
• Identifying and addressing issues, risks and opportunities
• Interacting with senior leadership, program management, development, customers, and stakeholders
• Overseeing development of proposal inputs that correctly estimate required resources needed to achieve program goals, on schedule and per process
• Performing personnel management tasks including staffing, training, assigning and directing work, and conducting performance reviews. Will provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with Depot and Warehouse application development support
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES’s) SAP, Soluminia, SCM+, etc. integration
• Experience working across multiple disciplines, departments, or teams
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Augmented Reality
• Experience with Point Cloud Scan technology

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 3×12 hour day
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $100,400 – $192,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $115,500 – $217,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
