Hourly: Starting at $43 per hour

Position may require Covid-19 vaccination. Currently, Enterey does not require contractors and employees to be fully vaccinated. However, we have some clients that do require it.

Position Summary:

This position requires the flexibility to use a collaborative approach to fill the project’s needs. The preferred candidate will be customer-focused, contribute to learning throughout the organization, and facilitate alignment, action, and decision with various people, processes, and tools. This individual sees opportunities in challenges, a path forward that has never been tried before, and whose experience reflects a focus on project agility, creative project management, and mastery in communication. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for performing tasks relating to integrating data, management, and financial systems, including definition, design, structure, and preparation of documentation
  2. Consults on upgrades, long-range requirements, operational guidelines, and protection for knowledge management applications and uses
  3. Duties may include entering and reviewing data within a database, preparing system diagrams and documentation, ensuring user integrity, maintaining database support tools, and making recommendations regarding enhancements and/or improvements
  4. Resolves highly complex problems using significant application of technical knowledge, conceptualizing, reasoning, and interpretation
  5. Develops solutions that are highly innovative and achieved through research and integration of best practices
  6. Regularly employs ingenuity and creativity to develop new technical solutions and systems to achieve functional objectives
  7. Communicates with team members across multiple areas and client team members
  8. Works to influence project/team leaders regarding solution design, process, and/or approaches

Position Requirements:

Education Required

Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in Business, Engineering, or the Sciences.

Experience Required

> 10 years of project management experience

Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively connect with a variety of people

Ability to work autonomously and with ambiguity.

Experience Preferred

The leadership of cross-functional business initiatives that deliver measurable business value

Government contracts

Specialized or Technical Knowledge, Licenses, and Certifications

MS Visio Experience

Proficiency with advanced project management, collaboration, and reporting systems (e.g., MS Office Suite, MS Project, MS Project Online, Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, and Adobe Acrobat)
