As Project Leader, Learning & Development, you will play a pivotal role in advancing RH’s Learning Initiatives. You will work in close partnership across all functions of RH, aligning your efforts to grow our culture and enrich the lives of our team members through our learning initiatives. This role is based at our Home Office in Corte Madera, CA.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrator for our learning management system (LMS)
  • Partner with business leaders and other key cross-functional stakeholders to identify training needs, design curriculum, and deliver a variety of training programs..
  • Collaborates with training and development professionals to create and curate high-quality, interactive learning content that aligns with our values and learning objectives.
  • Performs regular administrative tasks including user support, troubleshooting, and system updates
  • Loads, configures, tests and maintains learning content. Interfaces with the system vendor to resolve issues, enhance functionality, and deploy new features
  • Creates learning documentation, aids, and training materials for users
  • Creates and deploys reporting, onboarding and compliance to track and measure participation in programs
  • Regularly update and refresh existing training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, assessments, and metrics, making continuous improvements as needed.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ Years of LMS Administration experience
  • Proven experience creating and delivering effective learning content
  • Experience with enterprise Learning Management Systems, Oracle LMS (OLC) preferred
  • Familiarity with learning analytics, SCORM, xAPI, and other industry standards is a plus
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders including business leaders, IT and consulting partners
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading RFPs for LMS vendor evaluations and successfully implementing LMS solutions.
  • A reputation and track record for building exceptional learning programs and experiences
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in learning and development to enhance training strategies
