JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Tracks the progress of projects and provides detailed status reports using pivots, dashboards, etc.
- Collaborates with teams in preparing budget proposals, assists in managing and monitoring budget expenditure and provides interim status reports of all projects.
- Coordinates, schedules, and arranges all meetings, rooms, supplies, meals, audio and video between leadership and function groups to ensure the meetings occur within designated timeframes.
- Arranges all travel, lodging and rental cars for all team members with an understanding of how each member on the team’s desire to travel and their preferences.
- Coordinates cross functional activities and meetings, develop, and execute internal communication plans, prepare presentations and other internal communication material.
- Collects and aggregates data from a variety sources; provides detailed reports and may make recommendations.
- Creates, prepares, and distributes project documentation, specifications, narratives, and letters with draft content.
- Responsible for ensuring the integrity of information in computer systems, reviews, and verifies the information to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Maintains files and records in accordance with documents retention.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• 5-8 years of administrative experience.
