The Consulting Quality and Risk Management Team (CQRM) is a function within the National Office of Risk Management that supports all lines of business’ engagement contract reviews and the implementation of programs, polices, and practices to manage the consulting line of business risk. The Project Management Senior Associate is primarily responsible for assisting in the daily management and coordination of workload for CQRM and support of the firm’s risk-related workstreams. This includes daily management of CQRM Contract Review Service Requests and the resulting workloads, project coordination and management of various initiatives and projects as determined by the CQRM Leadership team, communication with internal clients and general operational support of the CQRM team. The Project Management Senior Associate applies critical thinking and decision making to assign workloads to contract review attorneys and contributes to the development and execution of innovative concepts and ideas while stiving to help deliver continuous process improvement. Program duties may not always fall within a defined sub-project.
Essential Duties:
- Triage and monitor legal contracts received through the CQRM Service Request submission form.
- Use and adhere to CQRM systems and processes to assign contract reviews to appropriate resources.
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships to ensure business needs are met.
- Ensure that internal clients’ needs related contract reviews are addressed
- Provide guidance to internal clients.
- Coordinate with team members and other internal teams to process and shepherd contract reviews for engagement teams while identifying and escalating obstacles to lead reviewers
- Other duties as assigned related to Inspection programs and team reporting.
- Successful training of team members on new policies and procedures
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal skills with ability to communicate
- with diverse audiences
- Applies technical/procedural requirements of the position based on knowledge and experience within specialization
- Ability to make sound judgements on assignments and
- team workload
- Ability to function independently
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of the technology tools
- required within assigned responsibilities
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail
Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience (required)
- Professional services firm experience
Preferred Requirements:
- Knowledge of Sharepoint and Servicenow
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
