Strategy & Planning Project Manager, Juniper Partner Organization (JPO)

In this role, as Sales Strategy & Planning Project Manager within the Juniper Partner Organization (JPO), you will help shape the strategy, convert strategy into business plans aligned to the planning process, and drive transformational initiatives that translate into sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to synthesize strategic messaging into executive content and presentations, taking an idea from concept to initiative and action. You are comfortable building draft or ghost presentations.
Engage to provide strategic business support while driving higher expectations and accountability across the organization.
You will help orchestrate cross-functional planning and business reviews including measurement through organizational key metrics and objectives and key results (OKRs).
Influence change across broad areas of Juniper’s JPO organization, by working with and leading key initiatives to drive profitable growth.
Partner with the extended leadership team and the global JPO team as well as Business Units, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Communications globally to drive the business.
Minimum Qualifications:
Expert PowerPoint skills emphasizing strength in design and creativity in addition to technical ability to beautify presentations at an executive level deck for C-suite and external audiences are critical to success
Highly motivated, detail oriented, and passionate about project management with and innate ability to execute to deliver successful strategic outcomes
Enjoy a challenge and comfortable operating in a fast paced and dynamic environment – ability to manage complexity, challenge the status quo, and drive change
Experience working with sales and/or channels organizations, sales operations, finance, planning functions, sales processes, and go-to-market teams
A team player who always has their teammates’ backs – are energized working with others to achieve success
Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills to work with senior executives
Structured thinker with conceptual skills to work on complex business plans
Curious and flexible, willing to take on different roles/responsibilities as business needs evolve
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum 3 years experience.
Minimum Salary: $72,000.00
Maximum Salary:$110,400.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $72,000.00 and $110,400.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
