The Role

Project Manager, Sales Enablement Tools. The role is focused on Sales Enablement platforms and responsible for driving the following:

  • Responsible for driving an exceptional user experience and user interface, content structure, architecture, content and access governance and content discoverability.
  • Mature implementations focused on sales execution use cases. This involves vetting and refining program capabilities, content solutioning, engagement interfaces.
  • Measure usage and value of the platform(s), both qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • Deliver service to our teams, sellers and stakeholders with an experience that drives efficiency and impact and outcome.
  • Deliver platform strategy, design and feature/functionality consultation to ensure high utilization and platform optimization.
  • Own the day-to-day management of platform(s) utilized by cross functional teams and internal global enablement teams.
  • Work with IT and other cross-functional organizations to integrate platform(s) with other systems for wider adoption and penetration.
  • Ongoing sales portfolio knowledge and skill development

Day to Day

  • Collaborate with global enablement and field sales leadership on how the platform(s) can support strategic sales objectives
  • Manage requests for dedicated pages, promotions and changes with stakeholders across Juniper.
    • Balance their requests against platform strategy and other adjacent priorities.
    • Design and build the discussed pages/promotions/changes and coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure the goals of the effort are satisfied.
  • Consult regularly with key stakeholders in cross-functional GTM groups
  • Be accountable for qualifying and posting content publishing requests, in concert with our delivery operation team
  • Support the governance processes for platform(s). Meet with vendor teams on platform optimization and programs
  • Understand current & road-mapped features/functions of the platforms
  • Use quantitative and qualitative research skills to make recommendations on new and existing technology
  • Address platform related trouble tickets

The Extended Team

This is a very cross functional and collaborative role that will require tight alignment and execution with the following organizations:

  • Global Revenue Enablement
  • Marketing Operations
  • Juniper IT
  • Legal & Compliance

Your Experience

  • 4+ years of related experience in design and/or support of enablement tools
  • 1-3 years of platform management experience with a CMS (Highspot, Seismic, etc.), sales learning management software (mindtickle, highspot, saleshood, etc.) and, other platforms in the GTM Sales Tool stack.
  • Familiarity with designing digital experiences with admin, user, technical considerations.
  • 1-3 years in building out, managing and measuring program progress with continued leadership to evolve and drive scalable long-term success
  • Demonstratable experience in effective cross-functional relationship management
  • Effective utilization of sales enablement tools (Learning Management, Content Management, Project Management, etc.)
  • Experience in enablement and/or initiatives strongly preferred. Experience with Salesforce, Excel and other Microsoft technologies

Minimum Salary: $90,000.00

Maximum Salary:$138,000.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $90,000.00 and $138,000.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
