Description
We are looking for entry level to experienced Construction Project Managers to join our Employee-Owned Company, SGH Concepts, a division of SGH Redglaze Holdings, Inc. This position is based out of our Omaha, NE office.
As a Project Manager you would provide services to general contractors, architects, and building owners. SGH Concepts manufactures, supplies, distributes, and installs architectural products including exterior wall cladding and envelopes for commercial buildings, interior products, and day lighting systems. This position’s primary duties would be an in-office position, collaborating and coordinating the administrative and technical aspects of the architectural products in conjunction with the construction project.

Position Requirements
Skills and/or knowledge we are looking for:
- Reading and understanding of construction specifications to include, but not limited to:
- Architectural drawings
- Structural drawings
- ASI’s
- RFI’s
- CPR’s
- Full understanding and coordination of the submittal process with architects, engineers, manufacturers, fabricators, material suppliers and the General Contractors’ installation team.
- Ability to provide estimates and quantity take-off’s.
- Ability to provide/oversee project job costing, and schedule of values.
- Ability to schedule and coordinate materials to jobsites.
- Ability to quickly and efficiently address field issues is helpful.
- Flexible in managing multiple tasks and jobs simultaneously.
- Ability to write quotations, change orders and other contract modification documents is helpful.
- Experience in the following is helpful, but will train
- Metal flashing components
- Vapor/moisture barriers as they pertain to the metal panel
- Rain screen exterior cladding systems
- Experience with BlueBeam ReVu is helpful.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- One year of experience in the construction field, required.
- Strong verbal and communication skills between customers, managers, and staff.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel, etc.), and Google (Google Email, Drive, Docs, etc.).
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License and proof of car insurance as well as a good driving record.
