-Project Manager for implementation of an ERP Utility Billing System for the local Government Water Utility
– Coordinate project priorities, scheduling, resources, and deliverables to facilitate the completion
– Provide leadership to support and execute business process-related goals
– Work with departments and users of the system to facilitate resolution of issues
– Timely delivery of all assistance, information, and reports
– Troubleshooting and support for all application issues
– Coordinate with the appropriate team(s) and or integrator(s) to resolve application related issues
– Provide professional and technical coaching, mentoring, and development plans.
– Develop technical reports, and specifications for trend analysis and remediation
– Will be responsible for submitting weekly team summaries and periodic evaluations of team members
– Communicate and gather requirements for deliverables
Required Skills & Experience
– 3+ years of Project management experience
– Has previously managed ERP implementations from beginning to end regarding an ERP billing system
– 2+ years of ERP implementation experience
– Able to be on-site 4-5 days a week in New Orleans
– Strong communication
