Providence is calling a Project Manager, Brand who will:
- Be accountable for managing a variety of projects within Providence
- Be responsible for supporting system and regional teams advancing key Brand initiatives, projects, and programs. Projects managed will vary in scope, size and complexity based on business need
- Be responsible for partnering with various caregivers and core leaders to create work plans that achieve the organization’s goals, objectives and desired outcomes as it pertains to building the Providence brand across the system footprint
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills
- Effectively collaborate with Communications, Marketing, local, regional and system service line leaders and/or caregivers
- Lead and/or support projects/initiatives as assigned, which may include guidance, direction and oversight from other leaders

Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred Major / Area of Study: Marketing, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Administration or a related area of study) -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- 5+ years’ experience in progressively responsible project management roles with demonstrated leadership experience and strong project / change management skills (preferably in healthcare)
- Experience working on projects of moderate complexity and risk
- Experience with project management methodologies and software
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Coursework / Training: Specialized training in project management -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- Experience in project management of increasing scope / size and complexity of projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP)

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
