A leading tech company is seeking a Project Manager – Business Intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Project timelines & deliverables, including creating and managing a work back plan. Project Manager – Business Intelligence Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $60/hr
- Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Remote – Must work PST hours)

- 40 hours/week, 10 Month Assignment
Project Manager – Business Intelligence Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for delivering Project timelines & deliverables, including creating and managing a work back plan.
- Create and maintain Azure Dev ops (ADO) instance.
- Document program from start to finish, including detailing user stories, features, and Epics.
- Take detailed notes and actions in meetings.
- Document and manage risks/ issues.
- Document Requirements within Azure Dev Ops (ADO)Engineering and Business, Groom backlog, and run sprint/status meetings.
- Synchronize Status with Business Leads.
- Develop and implement Training Materials.
- Develop and Plan UAT including UAT signoff, Go-No-Go meeting, Go live, and postmortem bug review.
- Collaborate with the v-team and trainers to develop readiness and training for impacted roles.
- Manage team calendar and rhythm of business (ROB) in SharePoint.
- Work independently and engage Program Manager when additional support is required.
- Drive assigned tasks to completion by effectively communicating with owners on when tasks are due, and offering support when necessary.
- Engage stakeholders and Project team members in a professional manner, including executives and leaders.
Project Manager – Business Intelligence Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience.
- Experience working as a Program or Business Lead, with demonstrated success bringing a concept or idea from start to finish
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields is preferred.
- Prosci Change Management Cert is preferred.
- Familiar with Customer Service and Support (CSS)
- Self-starter to learn new tooling (ADO, SharePoint, Excel, and internal tools)
- Ability to understand change management processes and methodologies such as Prosci.
- Ability to monitor and report the status of landing efforts and adoption metrics.
