Project Manager – Controls and Systems Implementation Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Manager – Project Controls and Systems Implementation Manager who thrives when people are in sync and sustainable projects are running not just on time but within budget. You’ll be responsible for managing the project mobilization and implementation of Project Systems. Managing budget, schedule and provide regular reports on status. The ideal candidate will have good communication and presentation skills and the ability to work with all levels and leadership of our project and client teams

You’ll play an integral role in training project teams and clients on use of Jacobs standard processes and project control systems. Responsibilities will also include managing the budget and schedule of the project. A key activity of this role will be to facilitate and manage a system migration from the Proliance system to eBuilder, which will involve collaborating with all system(s) stakeholders for effective transition to a new system. Any experience with organization change management and/or transformation is a plus.

  • BA or BS or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management or related
  • 8+ years related experience
  • Knowledgeable of other industry control systems like e-Builder, Proliance, Unifier, Aconex, Prolog BIM360, etc.
  • Experience in interoperability and systems integrations
  • Experienced in all project controls disciplines – Cost Engineering, Earned Value Management, Scheduling, Estimating, Document Control, etc.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen to support U.S. Government projects.
  • Willingness to travel domestically.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • IT experience or aptitude
  • Understanding of operational business processes in the Engineering and Construction industry

Typical salary range for this position is $117,400 – $172,500 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position
