Part of a Global Cultural Conditions Initiative, this position will support the Applied Behavioral Insights Partners on targeted behavioral change with all project management activities including building and maintaining the project plan, risk and issues log, actions and decisions log, owning the agenda and running weekly project team meetings, ensuring following up actions are completed on-time, and providing regular reporting and project updates for key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Support the end-to-end project management and oversight of Applied Behavioral Insight’s (ABI) targeted behavior change projects, within schedule and resources
- Develop, maintain, and manage a customized project plan for each targeted behavior change project, tailored to requirements, outlining deliverables, milestones, critical path items and actions
- Manage the progress of projects by following up on action items and flagging any approval requirements in a timely manner
- Identify and help execute enhanced processes and controls required to manage/govern ABI projects
- Provide on-the-ground support to the Applied Behavioral Insights Partner and Sr. Partner to help execute the planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running projects
- Drive adherence to project management processes, procedures, methods, and standards
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders, highlighting risks and issues, and providing sufficient project details, metrics, and assessments as warranted
- Maintain solid relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Plan the agenda and prepare project update materials for weekly project team meetings
- Provide project plan reviews flagging any risks and issues, challenges etc. in weekly internal team meetings
Risk Governance:
- Ensure project risks are accurately captured in project risk logs as well as the overall Cultural Conditions risk log
- Escalate risks impacting project delivery to the Applied Behavioral Insights Senior Partner and Cultural Conditions Programme Manager, ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary
Reporting and Meetings:
- Attending all key project meetings and noting actions and minutes of these, updating project plan following any decisions or changes
- Preparing reports and updates on the project progress to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
- Attending the weekly Applied Behavioral Insights Team meetings, and bi-weekly Cultural Conditions Programme Management team meetings, monthly Cultural Conditions Working group meetings and any other relevant meetings
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Solid experience of project managing complex global projects / programmes
- Extensive knowledge of MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills required to oversee multiple workstreams and work with a number of key stakeholders
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Capacity to anticipate and proactively identify and resolve problems and issues
- Ability to multitask within tight timelines
- Ability to drive projects from ideation or assignment to execution
- Project Management Certification a plus

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
