Responsibilities
IGT is currently seeking a highly talented Project Manager to lead deployment of the new content distribution infrastructure IGT will leverage in all North American markets. Reporting to the Director of Digital Content Distribution, this individual will work with all stakeholders to ensure successful and timely deployment of DCD instances across identified project sites.
Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, and execute delivery of multiple concurrent DCD deployment projects as assigned
• Work with internal and external customers to manage, set and communicate delivery expectations
• Create in-depth project plans that include scope definition, schedules, stakeholder identification, resourcing, communication plans and risk analysis
• Development of project plans specifying goals, responsibilities, scheduling, risks, and contingency plans
• Liaise between customers and internal product teams to address any concerns from the field
• Cultivate robust and sustainable working relationships between customers, business, and technology teams to foster a cross-functional team environment
• Track project performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met
• Facilitate continued support to customers post-deployment including but not limited to upgrades, expansions, data collection, and troubleshooting.
• Produce individual project and project portfolio updates and reports for Director of DCD detailing project activities, milestones, and risks
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technical Field requires
• 3+ years managing technical project deployments with a focus on multiple concurrent instances
• Highly organized with strong project management skills. You will be encouraged to coordinate and schedule multiple projects at the same time.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to converse at both a technical and business level.
• Team Player with a track record of effectively working with cross-functional teams.
• Gaming Project experience a plus but not required.
• PMP certification a plus but not required
• Strong data, metrics and analysis skills.
• Ability to travel (50+%)

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,000 – $101,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
