In the project manager role, you will lead dynamic projects that support our Siren System program. You will be a catalyst for change and support teams with problem solving, driving cross-functional alignment, and adapt to shifting priorities while supporting others. If you want to be part of a highly complex, fast-paced innovation team that is hyper focused on the partner and customer experience, this is the role for you.

As a project manager, you will…
• Drive cross-functional enterprise projects by leading high performing, often globally distributed team
• Facilitate decision making without having the total picture by thoughtfully balancing risk and uncertainty
• Drive decision making with your function’s leader(s) that favors alignment over consensus building
• Role model a positive and productive work environment, and coach others to do the same

We’d love to hear from people with:
• 2+ years project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communication
• 3 yrs managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized project
• 2+ yrs building and mentoring teams.
• 4 year degree preferred
• PMP considered
