The Project Manager will be accountable for managing the delivery of all assigned projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality within guidelines.
Purpose of Role
Provide company-wide guidance, governance, standardized processes, and project portfolio management best practices, tools, and techniques.
Key Accountabilities Include
• Ensure identified business needs are met efficiently and on time.
• Ensure continuous process and workflow improvements are implemented.
• Ensure improved profitability of successful project delivery.
• Execute tracking of defined cost containment and change control process.
• Ensure objectives are well understood, resourced appropriately, and executed successfully across multiple teams and functions.
• Execute YCA project stage-gate process for managing, tracking, and reporting on projects.
Primary Responsibilities Include
• Act as key contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Lead stand-ups, facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning meetings and retrospectives.
• Provide fact based, actionable, and timely status reporting to key stakeholders identifying issues, risks, and migration plans.
• Manage changes in project scope, identify, risks, issues, and contingency plans.
• Align with the business leader to ensure preparation of steering committee meeting materials for key decisions and gate approvals.
• Support creation of project proposals, including and project role estimates.
• Manage initiation, planning design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of projects.

Qualifications
Ideal
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) – intermediate level.
• Proficient with Workfront/Microsoft Project or similar PPM tool.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum Methodologies, and their application in business and technical environments.
• Experience documenting business requirements and demonstrated success facilitating sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success establishing credibility with stakeholders.
• Scrum Master Certification.
Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years experience managing digital/technical or business-related projects
• Six Sigma green belt certification
• Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts
• PMP Certification

Compensation
- Up to $112,000 per year
- The posted compensation is the base pay. This is the hiring range and does not include bonus potential or the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
- Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
