Project Manager for implementation of an ERP HR and Payroll System for the local Government Water Utility
Coordinate project priorities, scheduling, resources, and deliverables to facilitate the completion
Provide leadership to support and execute business process-related goals
Work with departments and users of the system to facilitate resolution of issues
Timely delivery of all assistance, information, and reports
Troubleshooting and support for all application issues
Coordinate with the appropriate team(s) and or integrator(s) to resolve application related issues
Provide professional and technical coaching, mentoring, and development plans.
Develop technical reports, and specifications for trend analysis and remediation
Will be responsible for submitting weekly team summaries and periodic evaluations of team members
Communicate and gather requirements for deliverables
Required Skills & Experience
– 3+ years of Project management experience
– Has previously managed ERP implementations from beginning to end regarding Payroll or HR ERP systems
– 2+ years of ERP implementation experience
– Able to be on-site 4-5 days a week in New Orleans
