Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team in a pivotal role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex programs and projects, ensuring that all objectives align with the company’s key success metrics. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Document scope, objectives, goals, requirements, and deliverables for assigned more complex programs and projects.
  • Develop, maintain, and archive project documentation, cost estimates, work plans, issues/risk logs, status reports, and other project deliverables per standards.
  • With leader’s guidance, collaborate with management, business, and technology groups throughout the project lifecycle.
  • With oversight and guidance, perform effective change management, risk management, and issue/problem resolution.
  • Ensure that standard change management procedures are consistently applied so that any changes to projects are identified, evaluated, authorized, and documented.
  • With leader’s guidance, collaborate and manage trade-offs between scope, quality, time, and cost; manage conflicts to an early resolution and escalate unresolved issues to management.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate security, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Communicate regular project progress to leaders and publics. Escalate decisions and any unresolved issues.
  • Ensure all given objectives of the team are properly documented and approved.
  • Ensure the team’s objectives are consistent with the project’s stated Key Success Metrics and the specific objectives.
  • Deliver to time and cost within agreed tolerances, ensure quality is achieved as planned.
  • Motivate and manage project teams made up of all levels of staff and vigorously pursue the team’s given objectives.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement of project methodology and processes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Conforms with all corporate policies and procedures.

Basic Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Concentration in business and/or computer science or related disciplines or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in managing enterprise-level IT projects.
  • Language: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT project management.
  • Proficient in industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
  • Proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Familiarity with industry compliance and security standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale IT projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial forecasting for IT projects.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software development life cycle, and system integration.
  • Ability to identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
  • Proficiency in using advanced project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, and Trello.
  • Strong negotiation skills, especially when dealing with vendors and external partners.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.

Salary Range: $87,600-$131,400

The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range will take into consideration the individual’s work experience, geographic location, education, certification(s) or additional qualifications, and scope and responsibilities within the role.
