Project Manager *HYBRID* Onsite at the Providence Molecular Genomics Laboratory/POP1, with option to do some work from home.
Providence is seeking a Project Manager *HYBRID* to provide project management support to Providence Genomics, specifically in the Providence Molecular Genomics Laboratory in support of cancer genomic profiling initiatives. The Providence Genomics Program combines scientific discovery and clinical programs to re-imagine how care is delivered in the health system of the future. We work to integrate whole-person precision medicine into the fabric of our systems and make its transformative power available to all our caregivers and patients, turning today’s precision medicine innovations into tomorrow’s standard of care.
The project manager will be responsible for driving projects related to expansion and optimization of tumor molecular profiling in cancer care. The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare industry and somatic testing, such as molecular diagnostics product management, billing and reimbursement, and/or expanding access to services.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Planning, or a related discipline or equivalent educ/experience
- 5 years Proven track record in managing multiple complex high profile projects simultaneously, and driving towards successful results
- Experience with Project Management methodologies and software
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated success in leading initiatives in a multi-region or divisional, complex organization
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly in genomics and oncology
• Molecular diagnostics product management experience
• Familiarity with billing and reimbursement in the molecular diagnostics space
• A consulting background is also beneficial for experience in a high production, deadline-oriented professional work environment requiring multi-tasking, flexibility, and self-directed work

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
