Overview
Deploy a new Off-Hour Shift for gas distribution field operations to complement the existing short-notice call-out process to improve emergency response timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and coordinating activities leading to the successful completion of Off Hour’s shift deployment within gas distribution districts, including scope, timelines, and cost estimates.
- Develop and maintain project parameters, analyze and determine impacts and requirements of the project.
- Provide onboarding support for incremental hires, including coordination of training, tool purchases, and vehicles with various internal groups.
- Collaborate and provide communication strategies to encompass all impacted stakeholders (field, dispatch, training, logistics, materials, union workforce) towards execution plan and risk management under their area of responsibility.
- May assist with other projects as needed.
Qualifications
Education
- B.S. in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent field; equivalent experience with customer approval.
- PMP or other Program Management certifications, training and/or demonstrated experience.
- Utility experience preferred.
Experience Required
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience communicating across all levels of management (frontline through executive level)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with change management
- Experience implementing process improvements
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite

Wage Data Per State Requirements
Salary range for this position is $90,000 – $120,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
