Role Summary

As the Charging Incentives Project Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting Rivian’s Charging Incentives Team to secure public funding for Rivian’s charging networks. You will work closely with the Charging Incentives Manager to help prioritize public funding opportunities and assist with Rivian’s efforts to identify, track, and secure public funding for Rivian’s charging networks.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review new public funding opportunities to develop opportunity pipeline.
  • Identify and work to develop improved systems and processes for streamlining the incentives application process (e.g. compiling Rivian application information and creating templates to assist with future funding applications).
  • Assist with incentive application submission and confirmation of incentive eligibility.
  • Assist with documentation and required reporting for successful applications.
  • Help identify, track, and manage customer communication strategies for residential charger incentives for Rivian customers.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional project management skills, analytical abilities, and the ability to manage competing priorities and workload.
  • 1-3 years experience in project management, analysis, or public funding grant application and management roles.
  • Ability to compile information and analyze data to drive decision making.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to quickly communicate and prioritize competing needs of the business.
  • Previous experience in electric vehicle and electric vehicle charging related roles a plus.

Pay Disclosure

Salary range for Torrance-Based Applicants: $96,000-$111,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Salary range for Palo Alto-Based Applicants: $104,000-$120,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
