As a project manager on the Partner Experience Innovation Center team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing several processes and systems to keep priorities on track, as well as applying project management knowledge, skills, and tools to deliver a radically improved US retail partner experience. We are looking for highly organized and energetic individuals who are passionate about driving results and cross-functional collaboration.

As a project manager, you will…

  • Proactively manage timelines and bring process to complex, highly cross-functional innovation projects
  • Apply knowledge, processes, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities that help meet program goals
  • Support in implementing ongoing process enhancements as it pertains to rhythm of business and ways of working
  • Manage various trackers and planning systems to keep the business operations and broader team on track
  • Support in managing a portfolio of programs and projects, including the management and maintenance of an integrated partner experience roadmap
  • Work cross-functionally to coordinate the delivery and sustainment of various partner experience-related forums
  • Develop, implement, and maintain critical stakeholder communications, from meeting recaps and newsletters, to a broader team walking deck
  • Enjoy working on an energetic, fun team and have a clear ability to thrive in ambiguity as part of a highly innovation-centric team, while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • 2+ years project management experience, which can include applied project management skills utilized in other environments
  • 3 yrs managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects
  • 2+ yrs building and mentoring teams
  • 2+ years utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint or relevant experience developing presentations
