A Project Manager; Label Transition Management and Communication job in Cary, NC is available through Belcan. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring and communicating, both internally and externally, the major process steps for label transition. This role involves closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless processes, maintain project momentum, and support efficient project management practices To be considered for this role you will need to have a B.S Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant field, along with 5+ years of related experience.
Project Manager; Label Transition Management and Communication Job Responsibilities:
• Label transition priority list as agreed to by Product Supply, North American Businesses and Regulatory.
• Future availability dates for labelled material.
• Facilitate discussions on printing labels before all states are registered versus re-printing old labels or combination of these options.
• Create cross reference matrix of customer material code to labelled material where applicable to support automated order processing.
• Facilitate discussions on switching to labelling when existing label still has inventory available.
• Planning inventory by label by warehouse location pending state registration status.
• Monitor creation of new bulk labels over the next 3 to 6 months to support purchase from Bayer (switch from FG purchases).
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities for each task listed above.
• Coordinate and track project tasks, ensuring that cross-functional teams are aware of their responsibilities and are meeting established deadlines.
• Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries, clarifications, and issue resolution among the various teams involved.
• Regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, potential challenges, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to establish and maintain accountability mechanisms, ensuring that individuals are delivering their assigned tasks on time and with the required quality.
• Assist in documenting processes, best practices, and lessons learned to enhance future project management effectiveness.
Project Manager; Label Transition Management and Communication Qualifications:
• B.S. Degree in a relevant field (Business, Supply Chain Management, etc.). Project management certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a project manager, preferably within an EPA regulated environment, with a strong track record of successful project completion.
• Understanding of EPA regulations related to label creation and submission processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
• Problem-solving orientation and ability to address challenges with a positive approach.
