Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking for experienced top-notch Project Manager – Learning Services to grow with our team. Job Location: Colorado or Remote
Responsibilities
• Providing leadership in scoping projects, determining deliverables, resource requirements, and project management plan.
• Creating, updating and maintaining the project artifacts / schedules / plans, including specific deliverables, timelines, tasks, dependencies and resource assignments.
• Proactively identifying gaps in internal plans and external expectations and managing client expectations regarding risks and issues mitigation.
• Driving multiple projects to completion in parallel within time and budget.
• Managing project environments through certain phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation / planning, coordinating / scheduling, development, delivery, and close out.
• Developing communication plans to disseminate project status/information/expectations to internal / external (client) resources/stakeholders and reporting on projects at executive level.
• Responsible for all project-based allocations, budgets and invoicing.
• Responsible for overseeing the management and administration of all projects utilizing organizational-based tools.
Required Qualifications
• Requires Bachelor’s degree, prior experience working in a Project Management role or other related field or
• experience preferred
• Minimum of 5 years managing complex or extensive projects determined by Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, HR,
• Communication, and Stakeholders
• Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Project

The annual salary for this position is between [$98000-$110000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
