A leading tech company is seeking a Project Manager Non-Tech – Tech Events. The successful candidate will support the Americas region Event Experiences team as the Project Manager for all 1st Party Events. The ideal candidate has prior Event Management and/or Marketing experience. The company offers a great work environment!
Project Manager Non-Tech – Tech Events Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $35/hr.
- Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Remote)

- 40 hours/week, 10 Month Assignment
Project Manager Non-Tech – Tech Events Responsibilities:
- Execute Processes in Event Systems – EMC, Campaign Desk, MaSH, Calendars, MPT, Web Updates, Localization Requests.
- Coordinate with Azure BG’s workshop and hack field request processes.
- Coordinate 3rd Party Event show services and schedule Meeting Rooms.
- Schedule Digital Event Production Studio and handle speaker prep using AirTable, MASV, and Outlook.
- Coordinate with other PMs covering landing markets in the region.
- Responsible for on-site run of show staff prep.
- Handle Workback Schedule discipline and standard workflow comms for all EN-US events.
Project Manager Non-Tech – Tech Events Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Event Management and/or Marketing experience.
- 3-5 years of Program Management experience.
- 3-5 years of Excel experience.
- Previous experience working in tech events.
- Previous marketing experience in any capacity and exceptional program management skillset.
- Must be fluent in English. Speaking Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, or French-Canadian is a plus.
