Overview
This role will work in a fast-pace environment with time-intensive deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work through the organization and have the demeanor to communicate at all levels in the organization, including executive-level. Assist with the documentation to support our guiding principles that will drive business strategy. This includes summarizing our workstream processes from the individual workstream leads, tracking interdependencies between workstreams and current gaps in processes, updating schedules and progress updates verses the plan.
Duties:
- Individual should possess a well-rounded knowledge of business functional groups and their interdependencies within a large business organization.
- Organize and track integration workstream input from functional leads.
- Assist with documenting and refining process workstreams and proficient skills with MS Visio, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Summarizing weekly updates from leaders and updates to project milestone schedules.
- Responsible for scheduling of all daily and weekly meetings with a strong ability to prioritize
- Preparing draft communications
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Outstanding time management abilities
- Ensure proper documentation throughout the project’s lifecycle
- Effectively communicate project progress, issues and financial status of projects.
- Proactive in recognizing and managing risks and actively participate in creative solutions.
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Experience/Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in the security/industry.
- Ideal individual must have familiarity of intricacies of department inter-dynamics and operations, good written and verbal communication skills, energetic, self motivated, dependable to work under little or no supervision and demonstrate job stability and eagerness to learn.
- Individuals with past experience and/or knowledgeable in the fire alarm/security industry are highly encouraged to apply.
Pay and Benefits Disclosure
The salary range for this role is $52,000 – $120,000 and is based on experience and qualifications. Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year.
