What you will learn and contribute to
DUTIES:Orchestrate, coordinate and facilitate the execution of complex projects. Analyze all aspects of the project timing, schedule, and business case finances and budgets for all Customer delivered services on a project by project basis. Act as the principle point of contact and liaison with the Customer. Drive and lead the deliverables and workflow of subject matter experts and other technical staff across multiple domains. Manage all aspects of the execution of the migration and coordinating an extensive resource team of Stream Leads and Subject Matter Experts across the domains of IT, tools, Internet Connectivity, all HR and health and safety issues, security processes, and training. Manage large projects with high complexity; turnaround/re-cover projects in crisis and seniority to step in at any time of project execution. Act as a mentor/supervisor to other Transition Managers, Project Managers, Senior Executives and Engineers engaged with Transition Projects. Oversee the migration of all functions, tools, processes and personnel from telecommunications companies either to dedicated in-country Network Operations Centers or right-shoring to Global Delivery Centers. Oversee the governance, Program Management, Project Management, transition planning, financial costs and progress control, reporting, and risk and mitigation with both the customer and all local, regional and international stakeholders.Telecommuting is permitted and may work from a home office. #LI-DNI
Your skills and experience
MINIUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Business Administration, MBA, or related fields and 5 years of experience to involve: (1) managing all aspects of the execution of a transition migration and coordinating an extensive team of Stream Leads across the domains of IT, tools, Internet Connectivity, all HR and health and safety issues, security processes, and training; (2) management of large projects with high complexity; turnaround/re-cover projects in crisis and seniority to step in at any time of project execution; (3) overseeing the migration of all functions, tools, processes and personnel from telecommunications companies either to dedicated in-country Network Operations Centers or right-shoring to Global Delivery Centers; (4) overseeing the governance, Program Management, Project Management, transition planning, financial costs and progress control, reporting, and risk and mitigation with both the customer and all local, regional and international stakeholders; and (5)act as a mentor/supervisor to other Transition Managers, Project Managers, Senior Executives and Engineers engaged with Transition Projects. Salary Range: Salary: $139,693 – $230,880/year
