What you will be doing
The Strategic Sourcing Department has an opening for a Project Manager, Supply Chain.
The position will be based in Boise, Idaho, any of the Division Offices or Headquarter Locations, or Hybrid – 2 days in office.
Main responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary projects, tracking project progress, implementation, and costs as well as improving strategy execution, change management and implementation.
- Oversight for all ongoing department projects to ensure that the established milestones and measurement criteria are being met; determines project needs, offers recommendations on maintaining current project timelines and rollout plans.
- Provide critical thinking and influence by helping to link company’s strategic agenda with long range plans including strategy development, resource allocation, work plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes to leadership and business.
- Partner and build relationships to understand goals and objectives in support of project delivery.
- Review strategic projects to identify and mitigate risk, solve problems and manage crises, act as information conduit for leadership team.
The salary range is $82,900 to $124,200 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked). PTO/Vacation Pay (accrued based on hours worked) or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility). What we are searching for
- Bachelor’s degree in related Business field
- 5+ years of Project Manager experience working on large scale initiatives.
- Proven track record leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders, while managing competing priorities and aligning to achieve successful outcomes. Self-starter with the ability to perform work at stringent levels of efficiency and under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with co-workers, senior level internal and external contacts and representatives of public and private organizations to exchange and convey information; maintain confidentiality of privileged information obtained in the course of work.
- Able to see larger picture and link work activity for people to drive greater understanding.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills using innovative techniques.
- Exercises a high level of confidentiality discretion and integrity.
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Power Point, intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel and Visio
- PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.
