Title: Project/Product Manager – Prepaid Products

Compensation: $50-52/hr W2

Job Description:

Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.

Oversees the strategic product management for an assigned product line in support of the organization’s goals and market needs. Meets product profit and growth goals. Oversees the evaluation of market trends, product development, product position and pricing philosophy. Recommends enhancements to product line to stimulate sales and meet objectives. Ensures products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinate legal review of all supporting collateral materials and documentation.

This is a newly created role in our CPTSPrepaid area that will be taking on responsibility for quality control of all program reviews to ensure programs are compliant with our Prepaid program overview controls. This role will work to complete quality control for our Prepaid programs and work closely with the Prepaid Relationship Management as well as other key internal teams.

Must be very detailed, organized, manage tasks in a timely manner and have excellent communication skills.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to six years of related work experience in a Product, Marketing and/or Relationship Management role.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills
  • Strong product management, Marketing design and process development skills
  • Thorough knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis
  • Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration abilities both internally and with external partners
  • Strong computer skills to include excellent working knowledge of Salesforce as well as MS Office packages computer skills
  • Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skill
