Title: Provider Network Analyst
Starting Salary: $54,376
Job Summary: The Self Determination provider network analyst will be responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the self directed services model for Oakland Community Health Network. Staff will be responsible for contracting, procedures, service delivery oversight, data collection and management, collaboration, and conflict resolution at both the PIHP and MDHHS level.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for the oversight of provider contracts.
- Responsible to develop procedures and workflow process for OCHN.
- Responsible for contract management of Fiscal Management Services contract.
- Responsible for management and tracking of data.
- Responsible for collaboration with internal staff and core provider staff.
- Responsible for assistance with audit documentation.
- Responsible for collaborating with training and participation in PIHP and MDHHS level meetings.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in the health care field.
Experience Requirements:
- Knowledge of Michigan Self Directed Services model and manual.
- Knowledge of NCQA standards.
- Knowledge of Oakland County Community Mental Health Providers.
- Knowledge of the Medicaid Provider Manual.
- Knowledge of Fiscal Management Services.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in working with self-directed services.

Additional Information:
(Travel required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, etc.):
- Must have available means of transportation to and from OCHN and for required offsite meetings or site visits.
- Must be available for meetings and events which may occur outside of standard office hours.
- Work performed primarily in an office environment.
- Hybrid (onsite/remote) work schedule available.
- The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable.
