Your role in our mission
- Two years’ healthcare experience working with Medicaid/Medicare or commercial insurance.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills related to customer service.
- Understanding of Medicaid processes: enrollment, authorizations, claims, and payments.
- Experience presenting to/training in individual and group settings.
- Ability to travel within the state as needed.
What we’re looking for
- Proficiency in creating presentations, training documents, and reports.
- Training/teaching onsite or remotely (webinar or similar tools)
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience working with claims and understand Medicaid procedures and policies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What you should expect in this role

The pay range for this position is $54,300 – $77,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
