Provisioner
Our Provisioners are responsible for working within an assigned que to prepare services for Metronet’s customers. This includes creating circuit designs within a database and preparing voice services for porting. This is a non-customer facing role that is providing backend support to our internal teams so that we can get our customers set up with service. The ideal candidate would be comfortable problem solving in a fast paced, team-oriented environment with a strong attention to detail and communication.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Monitor work-in-progress in all pertinent databases for timely execution of orders
- Resolve outstanding issues that pertain to completing a circuit design or port of voice services by reaching out to miscellaneous departments or carriers as needed
- Be available to assist Test and Turn Up Technicians in the event of additional assistance to prepare customer in database
- Maintain and work assigned voice feature queues
- Initiate appropriate levels of escalation, both internally and externally, on orders in jeopardy of missing due dates
- Participate in and/or support company initiatives for process improvements/enhancements
- Responsible for interacting with multiple internal departments daily
- Accepting of special projects as assigned by management
- Other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS Degree in a business-related field preferred
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay Range – $18 – $20/hr.
