What you’ll do:
- Missouri State Investment in Local Public Health Services Participation Agreement planning, invoicing and monitoring of agreements with the local public health agencies
- Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) Health Services Initiative (H.S.I.)quarterly collection, compilation of data for submission to DSS and monitoring of documents submitted
- Workforce contract – work with the local public health agencies to keep budgets accurate, answer any questions as necessary and monitor contracts
- Create Friday Facts using Publisher for a weekly newsletter sent to a variety of recipients
- Collect Annual Financial Reports and compile the data for internal use
- Contract monitoring and invoice processing as needed
- Create trainings and present trainings as needed
- Lead the development, implementation and dissemination of any surveys needed in Qualtrics
- LPHA Calendar of Events and LPHA profiles – update and keep lists current on a weekly basis

Minimum Qualifications
- This is a second- level professional position responsible for planning, promoting, implementing and evaluating public health contracts.
- At this level, employees provide assistance and guidance to our public health partners, local public health agencies.
- Knowledge of individual and community health problems related to public health programs.
- Ability to work with considerable independence performing a wide range of duties to support the program.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
