Position Summary:
The Purchased Goods Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Buyer. This role deals with data maintenance and composes well-organized spreadsheet reporting systems. This position’s work permits timely reference and reporting, aiding the team in the effective analysis, planning, and buying of purchased goods.

- Vendor Data Management – Partners with department to gather and coordinate information from external vendors
- Vendor Invoices – Collects and processes vendor invoices
- Vendor Order Management – Facilitates the timely shipping from vendors of merchandise and subsequent arrival to stores
- Merchandise Planning – Plans and forecasts for future buys, reoccurring buys, and current inventory levels
- Supply Chain Coordination – Manages communication and workflow with Transportation
Job Pay & Perks:
- Typical starting pay range: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour

About You:
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees, and customers
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications
- Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with ability to prioritize
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

Prior Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, OR two years of applicable administrative experience in a retail setting or similar environment, required.
