Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete procurement lift cycle in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner in order to fulfill company’s daily requirements. This task includes, but is not limited to, creation of RFP’s, evaluation of supplier’s capabilities and proposals, issuance of purchase orders, verification of order confirmations, investigation and resolution of delinquent and defective material, and processing of RMAs
• Analyze inventory to determine the most effective utilization of products within the company
• Assist in annual inventory and investigate and process routine inventory adjustments
• Support stores with delivery and product issues, provide updates, and answer common questions regarding orders
• Evaluate new supplier and product offerings
• Obtain MTR from suppliers when requested
Required:
• Requires ability to communicate with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a tactful and professional manner
• Develop constructive and cooperative professional relationships
• Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, work independently, and accomplish tasks with limited supervision
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software products and capable of operating ERP systems
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Clearance of background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
