Your role in our mission
• Monitors and measures the quality of inbound and/or outbound calls for the Healthcare Contact Center and evaluates compliance with established performance standards.
• Conducts audits of providers and members interactions and prepares audit reports of findings to identify both strengths and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintains knowledge of requirements and process changes for both the Account and Client.
• Assist in establishing and documenting a tailored strategy quality plan for the performance of quality assurance activities for assigned projects or tasks to include documentation of progress.

The pay range for this position is $43,100.00 – $61,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
