Role Overview: Quality Review and Audit Advisor
Essential Functions:
- Delivers professional activities in the Quality Review and Audit job family.
- Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas.
- Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyses for review.
- Develops and distributes audit reports.
- Assists with third party audits by completing questionnaires, validating selected claims, responding to errors, etc.
- Identifies and recommends changes to improvements in department processing and procedures, and assists in the development of audit guidelines.
- May act as subject matter expert and a resource for team members.
- May develop and/or recommend training programs to address error trends.
- May provide guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team in Quality Review and Audit.
- Develop an effective working relationship with key suppliers
- Hold suppliers accountable, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective action plans are completed for areas of deficiency.
- Maintain risk and issues tracking log and drive issue resolution with a sense of urgency for vendors.
- Monitor and report on suppliers’ progress against key performance indicators.
- Review vendor scorecard monthly with key stakeholders.
- Drive agenda and actively participate in Enterprise Business Reviews with key suppliers.
- Manage special projects as assigned in support of department and strategic initiatives.

- Ability to conduct root cause across multiple applications.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with acumen in understanding business dialogue in a non-technical manner.
- Ability to productively interface with matrix partners at varying levels in the organization and with partners that possess varying levels of technical or business expertise in a given subject matter.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Education & Certifications:
- High School Degree or Equivalent – Required
- Associates or Bachelors Degree Preferred
- 3-5+ years QA experience
Location and Schedule:
- This role is fully remote and open to candidates across the US
- Schedule: EST or CST hours
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
- The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $25.00/hour-$25.00/hour
