Job Summary

As a recent college graduate with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering, this position will introduce you to the world of the utility industry. Our goal is to develop the foundational leadership skills (i.e., critical thinking, open communication, leadership, job knowledge, initiative, innovation, and corporate citizenship) needed to improve business outcomes, lead high performing teams, and to help you grow as a leader.

Job Responsibilities

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science with a major program of study in Engineering received by 2023
  • Years of prior work experience 0 to 2
  • Demonstrated collaboration and team building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and computer skills
  • Must possess and maintain a valid US Drivers License with a safe and satisfactory driving history
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of engineering
