Real Estate Sr. Professional
Job Purpose:
The Real Estate group is responsible for activities related to planning, developing, and managing commercial, industrial, and/or residential real estate. Activities include negotiating leases; acquiring property; disposing of excess property; liaising between the landlord or tenant; accepting rent; managing contracts and building development projects. Roles pertaining to retail store development, real estate asset and investment management, and land management are included.
A successful Real Estate Sr Professional will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Develop strong working relationships and strategic partnerships with key internal partners and clients
- Lead and develop a team of managers responsible for delivering high quality projects of surround solutions to our clients
- Act as an escalation point for projects that may be in jeopardy due to risk or issues experienced during the implementation
- Partner with Sales and Finance teams in creating revenue forecasts and achieving quarterly objectives
- Prioritize book of work to ensure the department exceeds expectations in quality, effort and revenue
- Lead, coach and develop an engaged team of leaders and assist in setting strategic priorities for your organization
- Lead initiatives focused on process improvement and automation
- Work with the other members of the Professional Services and Client Delivery management team to support process efficiencies and effective project execution.
- Support the successful delivery of client implementation projects, providing suitably skilled and appropriate functional resources to maximize client satisfaction
- Develop and foster strong cross-departmental working relationships with the other departments in order to meet company goals and objectives .
Ability to travel up to 25% of time.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related degree, preferred, and/or equivalent experience
- 4-7 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience
- Analytical thinker with emphasis on understanding and digesting financial models and situations
- Creativity and ability to think outside of the box identifying solutions that may not already be apparent
- Available to work outside of standard business hours
- Dynamic and adaptable
- Ability to build and foster strong partnerships
- Professional communication, to include written and verbal
Salary Range
$76,500.00 – $127,500.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
