Under direct supervision, the Receiving Integrity Clerk (Finance/Accounting) is responsible for all (DC) distribution center receivers. In this role the Receiving Integrity Clerk will review three way matching; bill of ladings, Retalix HQ, and invoices. The Receiving Integrity Clerk will resolve all discrepancies (i.e. quantity, pricing, product etc.). Assist with sorting daily mail. Other duties as assigned.
ONSITE:
Candidates must be able to work onsite 5 days a week at our Store Support Center located at 600 Citadel Drive, Commerce, CA. (We are located in the Citadel Shopping Center).
COMPENSATION:
Up to $19.00 per hour.
EXPERIENCE:
- Requires two years of experience in the field or in a related area.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Three-way matching
- Daily finalization receiver quota of 175 a day
- Work with buying team on cost discrepancies and product discrepancies
- Work with inventory accountant and master data team with quantity discrepancies
- Work with accounts payable team for invoice request
- Communicate with distribution center on shortage, and item discrepancies.
SKILLS:
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish required
- Solid computer skills, which should include: Outlook, Excel, Word and internet navigation.
- Excellent verbal, oral, written communication skills.
- Must be a team player and possess excellent customer skills, including proper telephone etiquette, customer service.
