About the opportunity
SWCA Environmental Consultants has an opportunity for a Receptionist – Construction Support to join the Pasadena, CA office. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent. This position is also remote.
The ideal candidate is an energetic, proactive problem solver who enjoys supporting a diverse group of technical specialists. The Pasadena office provides a variety of environmental services such as natural and cultural resources across the larger Los Angeles county region.

What you will accomplish
- Organizing and maintaining an inbox which processes construction support requests.
- Reviews information for accuracy.
- Communicates with multiple parties via phone and email to ensure environmental support.
- Additional responsibilities may include answering questions regarding process and interacting with clients to troubleshoot issues.
Experience and qualifications for success
- Biology experience preferred but not required.
- High level organization skills.
- Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced position.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and understand when to ask questions.
