Current Open Shits: M-F 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. OR Sa – Su – 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
How you will make an impact:
In this role you will answer a multi-line phone, schedule appointments, meet with patients to discuss the programs offered at the Outpatient Clinic, data entry, greeting all guests upon arrival, patient follow-up, provide facility tours to guests/patients, assist staff with administrative tasks, and back-office support including medical record functions.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical setting, and/or experience working with psychiatric and/or substance use patients.

Qualifications
Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Two (2) years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.
Training: Successful completion of Crisis Management and Service Excellence training within 90 days of employment. May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours.
Salary: From $19.00 per hour
