Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting, assisting, and providing direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments
- Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries; deliver/distribute items as needed
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks i.e. filing, recordkeeping, etc.
- Other related duties as assigned by the Administrator

- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and organized
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and execute goals
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use appropriate discretion
- Bilingual Spanish speaking required
