Duties include planning, organizing and implementing various recreation activities, programs and classes for Teens and Adult Therapeutic Programs (Special Needs) at the Lively Pointe Teen Center; supervising recreation center staff; preparing reports; and developing and implementing recreation center budget. A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in recreation or a related field, and three years experience, including one year supervisory, are required. Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid Class C Texas driver’s license. Hours are 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m.Monday through Friday, but may include some evenings and weekends.

  • Employees that successfully complete one year of employment without
    documented attendance or disciplinary issues will receive an additional one-time payment of $1000.
  • The maximum amount of hiring incentive that an individual employee may receive is $3,000.
